Dino color match
A couple weeks ago we received a news letter from my sons Preschool about some different ways to help with fine motor skills which listed a few ideas they work on in class, including using clothes pin. Fast forward to the other day when my kids played with their giant bucket of dinosaurs and magna tiles, matching the colorings of the dinos with the tiles which let me to this great idea! A spiked dinosaur color matching game.
The supplies for this craft are pretty limited, you’ll need a piece of cardboard, some dot stickers and a few clothespins. I traced and cut the dinosaur out of the cardboard and then lined it’s back with dot stickers. Then I took the clothes pins and matched the same amount of dot stickers on them. This was a great activity for both the 4 and 2 year old! A perfect way to practice hand-eye coordination, hand strength and a whole bunch of other fine motor skills!
